This study analyzes health management and the role of nursing in education and dental care at a university center in southern Chile. Through a descriptive statistical analysis based on surveys of faculty, students, and beneficiaries, a high appreciation of nursing's impact on process quality and safety was identified. The findings highlight the need to make its role more visible in non-traditional areas, strengthening safer, more humanized care based on scientific evidence.
