This systematic review analyzes the key elements for adequate oral health service quality (OHS) in healthcare institutions, analyzing scientific articles from various databases. Eighteen published studies were compiled. The exhaustive analysis concludes that health behaviors, health determinants, and cultural factors affect the accessibility and effectiveness of dental services.
