The evolution of scientific production on Leadership 4.0 and Engagement (1990-2025) was analyzed through a bibliometric study in Scopus. Production indicators, co-occurrence networks, and clustering analysis were applied. The predominant focus has been on the human factor, addressing job satisfaction and transformational leadership. Digitalization and sustainability show less connection, requiring further studies to understand their integration with leadership and engagement.
