This study analyzed the perception of transformational leadership in a judicial institution, using a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 129 employees participated, with a validated and reliable survey applied. The results show a generally positive assessment of leadership, with idealized influence and inspirational motivation as the most valued dimensions. However, weaknesses were found in intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. It is concluded that transformational leadership is present, but needs to be strengthened for a consistent impact across all areas of institutional management.
