Colombia's General Social Security Health System has prioritized insurance coverage, access, and quality, impacting the system's financing and sustainability. This research analyzes the evolution of the literature on Health Economics in the country through a bibliometric analysis of 92 documents from Web of Science. Key trends include the formulation of public policies with a multisectoral approach and the use of machine learning as a tool for clinical decision-makingless.
