The development of teachers' social-emotional competencies is crucial in education. In this study, the most recent models of social-emotional learning for teachers were examined through a literature review using the PRISMA method, based on the Scopus database in February 2025. Twelve articles were analyzed, selected from a total of 120. The evolution of theoretical models demonstrates a deep understanding of social-emotional competencies and underscores the importance of a collaborative and personalized approach in teaching.
