The effectiveness of the MAGIET program was evaluated through a mixed-method survey of 28 graduates (95% representativeness), analyzing the application of knowledge, leadership, and innovation in their workplaces. Results show effective use of competencies, reflecting a positive assessment of the teaching and learning process. Additionally, suggestions were made to improve the curriculum by incorporating key content such as agile methodologies, emerging technologies, and sustainability to strengthen the professional preparation of future graduates.
