We investigated the pedagogy of death in the Ibero-American context, through the scientific production published in the period 2010 to 2023. The content analysis was carried out from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. It was found that the publications were led from Spain (59.2%), and it was evident that there was little training on the subject. Its importance in formal education is highlighted, projecting its contributions to educational research in the Latin American context.
