The objective was to evaluate the impact of a teacher training program on the use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI), with the intention of reducing teachers' workload in administrative activities. A descriptive-comparative, pre-experimental quantitative model was applied to 35 teachers, using the TPACK test. The results showed significant growth in the TPACK dimensions, Wilcoxon (Z= -4.475, p= 0.005), with 34 teachers improving their knowledge. It was concluded that strengthening these areas optimizes educational processes and reduces administrative burden.
