This research evaluated the relationship between learning styles and academic performance in pastors from the FAMM program. The design was quantitative, descriptive-correlational. The Honey-Alonso Questionnaire (CHAEA) was applied and academic grades were analyzed. The results showed a dominance of the theoretical style 14.58 (high level), and the reflective style 13.23 (moderate level). No significant relationships were found between learning styles and academic performance. It is concluded that in religious education contexts, academic performance might be influenced by other factors.
