The study analyzes information systems and data quality in health care records in District 24D01 using an exploratory factor analysis to identify the underlying dimensions that structure the relationships between the variables studied. A total of 195 health professionals were surveyed and the results revealed four key components that impact data reliability. It was concluded that strengthening the technological infrastructure and staff training optimizes health information management.
