The study analyzed knowledge management in the commercial sector from a managerial perspective through a qualitative case study. A “Very High” level was observed across all dimensions, with Commercial Manager 7 standing out at 97.8%. The findings conclude that knowledge management led by competent managers enhances organizational performance and contributes to global sustainability goals. As a result, the implementation of an internal mentoring program is proposed, led by the top-performing manager to strengthen knowledge transfer and leadership within the organization.
