This article analyzes the main criteria for choosing between ERP and CRM systems in Latin American MSMEs, highlighting their impact on competitiveness. ERP systems optimize internal processes such as inventory and finance, while CRM systems improve customer and sales management. Success stories, critical factors for implementation, and recommendations are presented, emphasizing the need to adapt the technology to the company's size and budget, with management support and results measurement.
