This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employees’ innovative behavior in service-sector MSMEs in Imbabura, Ecuador. Using a quantitative and correlational design, data were collected from a sample of 383 employees. The measurement instruments proved to be valid and reliable. Results show a significant and positive correlation between the two variables, highlighting the role of entrepreneurial leadership as a key driver of innovation in the workplace of small and medium-sized enterprises.
