This research analyzes validated teaching strategies to strengthen teacher training and improve literacy skills in basic education levels. Through a systematic review applying the PRISMA methodology, innovative techniques were identified, including technological resources, interactive methods, and psychomotor development. The results show that these strategies outperform traditional methods by enhancing motivation and reading comprehension. The study highlights the importance of ongoing teacher training for effective implementation.
