Research confirms uneven application of inclusive strategies in Latin American classrooms, despite regulatory frameworks. A bibliometric review was conducted on basic secondary education: a quantitative and descriptive study in Scopus. Of 148 articles, 78 were selected and analyzed with Bibliometrix. There was growth, with peaks of 22 publications in 2024 and 21 in 2025. Qualitative studies predominate (32 studies); “inclusive education” is a frequent keyword. South Africa and the United States lead the way, with scattered co-authorships. Applied studies and international consortia are needed.
