The objective is to asses the factors associated with students' mistrust in health sciences teaching-learning environments. A binary logistic regression analysis was applied (n= 506 students; 15 Peruvian universities). The results indicate that students with 3.5 years length of stay are more likely to lose trust, interest, and satisfaction with the academic program. Therefore, the agenda for university education administrators will be to reverse the indicators of distrust and strengthen the university image.
