Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is challenging to detect due to its late onset. This paper presents a prototype intelligent chatbot built with LLM, which integrates faiss and semantic embeddings applied to clinical data fragmentation. The system processes queries in natural language and generates informed recommendations. The results show consistency validated by specialists, and local deployment confirms its practical usefulness. The aim is to offer an accessible tool to support early diagnosis and clinical management.
