This research aims to design a proposal for the implementation of downloadable (offline) educational platforms to bridge the digital divide in a rural community in Ecuador. Using a mixed-method approach that collects quantitative and qualitative data, the study addresses teachers' and students' perceptions of access to technological resources. The results demonstrate the need for technological tools that do not require an internet connection to strengthen educational inclusion and bridge the digital divide in rural areas.
