The study aimed to understand the barriers and challenges faced by early childhood educators in rural areas of Puno, Perú, in the educational inclusion process. A qualitative phenomenological approach was applied through semi-structured interviews with teachers. The results revealed deficiencies in infrastructure and insufficient training in interculturality and diversity. It is concluded that inclusive education requires institutional commitment, professional specialization in inclusion, and community collaboration to ensure equity and diversity as core elements of learning.
