This article analyzes the relevance of female leadership as a driver of transformation in organizations. It highlights how styles based on empathy, collaboration, and purpose orientation foster internal cohesion, innovation, and engagement. In addition, it integrates a symbolic and feminist perspective that broadens the understanding of leadership beyond traditional dichotomies. The text argues that incorporating these values enables the construction of inclusive, ethical, and sustainable cultures, strengthening the integral development of human capital.
