The COVID-19 pandemic brought about substantial changes in consumer habits and significantly accelerated digitalization processes. Within this context, e-commerce emerged as a key mechanism for the commercial recovery of the fashion sector in the Metropolitan District of Quito (DMQ). This study aims to analyze the effects of digital transformation on clothing businesses, with particular emphasis on the role of e-commerce in the post-pandemic period.
