Inclusive education cannot be effectively understood or practiced without considering soft skills as an essential part of teaching. This article explores how competencies such as empathy, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork enable the creation of school environments that are more humane, respectful, and adapted todiversity. It argues that soft skills are not a complement, but a pillar for achieving educational equity and ensuring the full participation of all students.
