The article highlights how digital literacy and ICT competencies drive the local endogenous development of service microenterprises in Morelia, Mexico. The structural equation modeling (SEM) approach was applied to evaluate four latent variables: business training, digital culture, technology, and firm characteristics across a sample of 120 enterprises. The results revealed a coefficient of determination of 0.981, confirming that business technology and training are key drivers that strengthen the sector’s sustainable ICT growth.
