Social-emotional support in initial teacher training is essential for well-being and professional preparation. The contribution of two training strategies was analyzed: a book and a web application, implemented in a social-emotional workshop aimed at students in the Teacher Training Program at a Chilean university. Through interviews and qualitative content analysis, a strengthening of emotional awareness, regulation, and autonomy was evident. The findings underscore the importance of integrating social-emotional resources into university teacher training.
