This study evaluated the effect of Project-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with ESP32, IoT, and TinyML on the development of competencies in the Computer Architecture course at a public university in Lima. Forty students participated, divided into experimental and control groups. A quasi-experimental design with pretest and posttest was applied. Results showed significant improvements in the experimental group (p < .001), particularly in hardware-software integration and computational performance.
