ENRIQUE, ARROYO-CHÁVEZ, Luis y NAHOMI, QUEVEDO-LÓPEZ, Edsi. Psychosocial risks that affect the quality of life of workers in a private company. Espacios [online]. 2026, vol.47, n.1, pp.192-205. Epub 28-Feb-2026. ISSN 0798-1015. https://doi.org/10.48082/espacios-a26v47n01i16.
This study explores the relationship between psychosocial risk factors (PRFs) and work-related quality of life in a Mexican private company, comparing administrative and operational departments. Forty-one employees completed the NOM-035-STPS-2018 and CVT-Gohisalo questionnaires. Results revealed moderate to high PRFs-mainly due to low sense of belonging, job instability, and excessive workload-without adversely affecting perceived work-related quality of life. Findings highlight implications for preventive interventions and organizational management.
