The study systematically analyzed the relationship between transcomplex leadership and organizational learning in higher education institutions. A qualitative review of 25 articles published between 2020 and 2025 was conducted, structured around five interpretive categories. The findings reveal that transcomplex leadership promotes a culture of reflection, innovation, and sustainability, transforming university management into an ethical, collaborative, and human-centered practice oriented toward collective learning and the construction of more conscious, adaptive, and ethically coherent universities.
