This work deals with texts from the main works (Caminos para nuestros pueblos, Lecciones de sociología del Trabajo, Elementos para una sociología del Trabajo, among others) of Rodolfo Quintero, Venezuelan Marxist thinker. The doctrinal fundaments of his thought, his interpretation of reality, his ideas on education, politics, and his concept of war, peace, and Latin-American destiny in relation to United States power, are here examined. It is also outlined his proposal of a classless society, where everyone would be interested in the expansion of economy and the rising of the workers level of life, in the milieu of a socialist society.
