This article emphasizes some of the philosophical aspects surrounding the thought of Jorge Quintero Atencio, emphasizing especially the postulate of congruency in the physical-logical-ethical block unit of the universal dialectical process stated in his text Biology of the Mind. There, a link is established between stoical cosmology and the concepts of freedom and altruism, based on certain philosophical and theological arguments, appealing finally to the relation between dialectical laws and the physical laws of the universe that rule the individual. In this way, the origin of feelings and emotions is explained in the light of the neuronal network as a faithful representation of the organism-environment binomial. This article may be considered as a descriptive exploration of the philosophical task; its methodology has been structured under the hermeneutic paradigm.
