As main issues, the authors present pictures of maximum watermarks produced by a high rise of the Guaire River near Plaza Venezuela (8 Feb 2005, Caracas, Venezuela). As in other cases, the deformation of vegetation by the pressure of the water helps to define the marks. During the maximum stage the river seems to change regime from affluent to effluent. The satellite cloud pattern was reported.
