This paper presents to system analysts and developers a multimedia and hypermedia design tool. This tool aims to provide support and control to manage the production of multimedia projects. These projects ought to have as development methodology a MOOMH: object oriented methodology for developing multimedia and hypermedia. We used object oriented software engineering (Jacobson, 1998) as development methodology and Java as programming language.
