A model for a non-isothermal enzymatic bioreactor for a serie-paralel reaction is developed where the enzymes are coimmobilized and the reactions follow Michaelis-Menten kinetics. The model is based on the coupling of reaction kinetic and mass and energy balances for microcapsule and fluid phase. The model was reduced to the corresponding dimensionless form obtaining parameters such as Péclet, Biot and Damköhler. The model was solved using explicit numerical method of finite difference developed on a Visual Basic® module in Excel®. A parametric analysis of the bioreactor performance is made, and the results were expected for a physical system of these features. The model is validated with data reported by Ching et al. (1990) and the average error obtained was 9.59% in the worst case
