This report presents an important contribution to theoretical-practical teaching for the procedure of dynamic field balancing of cantilever rigid rotors. To attain this goal, it was necessary to design and building a prototype of little weight and ease transportation. The vibration analysis was performed using an instrument that only allows a single plane balancing. For this reason, a mini-computer and a two plane balancing program were also used. The atypical system used by such instrument for the phase measurement required the conversion to a more common system.
