Drawing on the approach of Jürgen Habermas on the three uses of practical reason, we propose to draw the ethical and political consequences that would follow them through an exercise where we had the plane projection of justification to the plane of psychology moral and, finally, its application in the field of democratic values education. We emphasize the concept of the citizen as an active subject, not just to meet the standard but in his necessary participation in the construction and maintenance of a political order. Educational processes have, in this sense, a key role, contributing to the creation of a provision in the person towards establishing some kind of relationship with their environment, where we put the scope of this derives from Habermas.
