Thechallengethatthe quantum theoryraisestothemicroscopicworld, isconfrontedbytheclassicimage of the macrocosmos, generatinganuncertain panorama onthe real references of thisworld, whichturnoutto be foreigntothebosses of certaintiesfromthedailyexperiencederivedfromthemacroscopicworld. The eventcalledhere: The Second Quantum Leap, repre- sents one of the stages in the history of the Physics, of ends of the decade of the 20s of the 20th century, in which certain formulations of somescientists, theyfacilitated to overcomeunexpectedly the problemsraised by the use of classicideas in the Quantum Theory, and in addition, thishistoricalevidenceallows to give an explanation to the problem of the perceptive disconnection of the subjectwiththismicroworld. Nevertheless, a reinterpretation of the Principles of the DualityWave - particle andUncertaintytheythrow indications on the need to renew the atomicexisting model inheritedfrombeginning of the 20th century, in orderthatitimproves the explanations of the behavior of the matter, from the formulations of the Quantum Physics.
