Resumen

REYES ESCOBAR, Jorge Armando. Between phenomenology and logic: on a critical movement of thinking. EPISTEME [online]. 2011, vol.31, n.2, pp.123-143. ISSN 0798-4324.

The article invites to engage in a reflection about the reasons underlying the radically different understandings of the Phenomenology of Spirit and The Science of Logic among Hegel’s readers and critics. The pathway through which that asymmetry will be assessed attempts to set itself away from those interpretations aimed at the thematic comparison, which focuses on tracking down the conceptual changes between each work. Instead, the article sets in motion the following question: To what extent marginal character of logic is explained by a movement that ousts the mode of consciousness. Such a task concerns how thinking is constrained to recognize its own doing in the production of the limits from which we are able to lead ourselves within experience.

Palabras clave : Self-consciousness; Speculative thinking; Hegel.
