This work investigates a particular type of image: the image that happens in those artistic artifices that are called "video art", and what it seeks to elucidate is how these images are installed in the world and are part of the world, as well as the type of phenomenological elaboration to which they oblige. For this, we start from the idea that these peculiar images are more linked to what Marc Richir denominates making of the sense than with the works of the imagination, and that, to that extent, happen in the world without really giving like "images". But, on the contrary, they are given -or behave- as "bodies", with the reflexivity and indeterminacy that characterizes them.
