Make reference to the changes that glimpse in the educative field, with the arrival of the new millenium before the globalidad in the society of the knowledge. Methodologically one subscribes in a critical revision of referential sources, where theories and currents sustained in the effective pedagogical approaches consider; where the Technologies of the Information and the Communication are shown (TIC), conceived not only like didactic means but like a novel scene to include/understand the educative phenomenon, that implies a challenge in the organitational and pedagogical culture.
