The present article has like intention fundamental to disclose the Central Conference developed by the Prof. Vital Didonet in the I Encounter the International of Preschool Education organized by the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador within the framework of the anniversary of the specialty of Preschool Education of the Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas. The author considers in his dissertation three fundamental aspects: 1° the confl ict of paradigms in the formation of the professor of initial education, 2° the construction of a new profi le of the infantile educator for the century XXI and 3° the necessity and some directives of the permanent formation. The fundamental intention of the investigator is to deepen on the pedagogical practice and to identify the urgent challenges that same us.
