RANGEL SOSA, Judith E. Evaluation in the I and II Stage of Basic Education: How it would have to be implemented whatthe norm indicates ¿Isolated and not communicated worlds?. Revista de Investigación [online]. 2007, vol.31, n.62, pp.149-168. ISSN 1010-2914.
The changes that have been implemented in the educative scope have transformed deeply the form to develop the evaluation process. Here is where the anguishes begin for those who administer process to them: The Teachers. ¿Are they prepared for these changes? ¿Do they have the necessary tools? All this questions are raised with the intention of find some recommendations that would make easier, for them, the application of the evaluation process fit to the new times. For this study a documentary investigation was developed. The main conclusion obtained was that the present conception of the process of education-learning shaped in the Curricular Reformation that has come developing in the second level from the Educational System, specifically in the I and II stage of the Basic Education from 1998, demands a different position before how the educative act must be developed, therefore forces to a radical change in the scope of the evaluation. A process is left back: 1) Executed in a simplistic way, where two elementary mathematical actions like the sum and the division were implemented; 2) Punitive connotation and; 3) Conceived like a process that allows to maintain control and power.
