The indicators of carrying capacity estimate the number of visitors that can receive an area, in consideration with ecological, physical, social, economic and cultural factors. This study identified new sectors of tourist use in Conomita beach, Anzoategui state, and was estimated the carrying capacity that it can support. There were applied the Cifuentes and collaborator’s methods (1999) and the ones of the Geotropic Foundation (1992). The carrying capacity in Conomita beach is low; it has problems of accessibility and is very probable to get flooded when the rivers burst its banks. It biggest threshold of acceptation is about 200 people. The difference between the 62 visitors of the CCE and CCR depends almost exclusively of the possibility of manage the area in an environmental and efficient way, with simple but excellent services. The management of a biggest number of visitors must be doing in function of the quality of the services.
