El Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo Dr. Mario Szczurek is an organizational unit that learns and should become tacit knowledge and experience of its members into explicit knowledge; that is way the purpose of this article is to get to know the outcome products as an investigation unit of the Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas so that other research units of the university can take advantage of this information. The article makes reference to an ethnographic and documental research based on the experience of several boards of the center and it aims to establish its changes and improvements since its constitution. For this reason it was taken into consideration all the activities the center have called for, such as: Meetings for plans and programs, workshops, researchers directory, published and arbitrated articles and consulting activities.
