The research was developed under the modality of workfield with a cuasi experimental design with categorical and continual variables. The relevant findings might be summarized in: (a) the determination of a positive and significant correlation between the variable of computer access and the use of the computer at the instructional process attitude; (b) a positive and significant correlation at a population level between access to his own computer and students skill; (c) a significant and negative correlation at a population level between skill and learning style, (d) a significant and negative correlation between academic performance and gender; (e) the signicance of the model which includes the co-variable gender. From these results some implications for the implementation of the WLE at the UPEL are presented.
