For a long time games, simulations and simulation-game have been used to promote socialization among people, providing facts and actions to represent situations that allow new learning in educational research and instructional field, but their potential has not been explore in all the fields and levels of knowledge. They empower learning to cooperate, share and be aware of others; to take care about the feelings of others and to work to make progressive improvement. The purpose of this article is to point out concepts about simulations, simulation-game and instructional games in relation to educational and management system in this knowledge era and its usefulness in teaching-learning process, exploring the possibility of using informational tools as a platform to develop games and simulations in an exponential way.
