In this work a set of elements is analyzed that allow an approach to which it means the understanding of the conceptions of pluri, inter and transdisciplinarity in the educative fi eld. Emphasis in the way becomes to understand and to face the obstacles that limit the conformation of interdisciplinary equipment in the university scope. From these analyses an investigation developed in the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas is reported, where the directionality of the same one locates in the possibility of the organization and development of groups of professionals who construct a body of theoretical foundations, in integration with educational his praxis, that sustains the character to interdiscipline of the curriculum of the educational integrator in the UPEL. In the results of this investigation it emphasizes that: the departamentalized structure of the kind University against the creation of educational groups and therefore, against the construction of the interdisciplinarity and that a possible one via of integration is the creation of investigation groups. One concludes with the necessary constitution of “educational groups” and student, concentrated in the search of common constructos, with creative attitude to the investigation, with ability to work in equipment in it tries of an proactive position forehead to the challenge of the transformation processes that face the university.
