The investigation establishes the criteria of the General Plan for the University Park, University of Carabobo. The study was conducted like a feasible project divided in three phases: I. Identify the space characteristics, II. Define concepts to transmit, selection of media and developing strategies and III. Identify plans, programs and strategic and architecture projects to develop the Park. Among the findings highlighted that the area has four ecosystems: wetland, savanna, gallery forest and deciduous forest. Sustainable Development was the fundamental concept selected and its dimensions were derived concepts for each sector of the Park. Media selected were based on ecosystems, thematic collections, infrastructure, and interpretive devices. The General Plan is structured according to national and international policies and the existing natural and cultural resources
