Documentary research to analyze information from various sources. Proposes the use of e-books and educational resources to integrate ICT and improve the quality of environmental education on topics of social relevance linked to a socio-critical pedagogy. The topic selected is sexual and reproductive health (SRH). The e-books offer advantages to the educational process, after analysis of their performance and learning opportunities. Describes changes since the machine age to the electronic and digital. Raises prospective future book features as well as educational resources to maximize their potential early learning and incorporate conceptual, procedural, attitudinal and interactive coexistence, and strategies to develop e-books on the topic selected
