The feeding, for being a human act, has become a corpora property, therefore, is an attractive subject for the society. Everybody or are created with right to think or to give to information on nutrition and human feeding and the social mass media, do not escape to it, being able to give false expectations in this area. The acquisition of alimentary habits can be achieved through the work of teachers, complemented and supported by nutritionists and parents and representatives. Nutrition education should be continued at school and at home, increasing the respective expertise and contribute to creating a permanent state of critical opinion on the nutritional health.
