The paper presents the design and evaluation of a prototype Web environment called: “Learning to teach playing” proposed for the subject Instructional Simulations and Games UPEL” to optimize the effectiveness of the course, facilitate learning and improve efficiency achieving instructional objectives related to the contents of simulations, games and simulations, instructional games, also poses include this distance learning course at the university have access to all stakeholders, teachers, professors, parents who wish to know or updated on the subject. The prototype Web environment is considered appropriate and has good aesthetic and emotional aspects, accessibility, authoring, content validity, quality of links among others and has great content and updated according to new trends in education.
